Control what you can control." A bowler can only control what they do, not what the batsman does.
The primary job of a bowler is to take wickets rather than run prevention. We focus on improving the bowler technically, physically and mentally to enable them to achieve their goals.
We work with the bowler’s natural technique and improve aspects where necessary. Through our Specialised Individual Sessions, the player receives expert coaching in technique analysis and correction. Having correct technique is essential for fast bowlers to prevent injury and ensure optimum performance.
We are able to offer specific technical improvements and also physical conditioning programs to prevent injury.
